If you take a tour of Colonial Heritage, you’d quickly see that this place is different. It isn’t just a retirement community – in fact about half of the residents either work part-time or full-time. Each neighborhood has a monthly luncheon or appetizer picnic. Then, there are larger activities where everyone meets at the green in front of the veranda for a concert or to attend a travel-club event, but each neighborhood is neighborly. And, every single person in this community is active: they golf, they swim, they walk, and they … play!

Occasionally, I obtain a listing, and you can search here, but mostly I help people find the perfect home for them, at Colonial Heritage – as their Buyer’s Agent, negotiating with the seller’s agent. Sometimes, I am the only agent, because someone has already decided they want to live at Colonial Heritage and just need me to negotiate through the buyer’s process – especially if they are moving here from outside of the area.
